We are pleased to share that we will be launching a new, easy-to-navigate platform for accessing your credit card information on Monday, September 20, 2021.
Designed to optimize your experience, the new solution provides a modern interface and can be used with any mobile device, including smart phones and tablets. While the look will change, once you login, you’ll find the same secure online credit card experience that you’re used to. Your user name and password will not change and neither will your customer service phone number. Access to uChoose Rewards®, CardValet®, and Card Manager will not change. You’ll have all the features you enjoy now and more!
- Personal credit cardholders will be able to activate their credit card, request card replacement, create a PIN, and change PIN.
- Business credit cardholders will see even more improvements with additional company administrator controls, real-time card controls, streamlined messaging with employees using Notifications, QuickBooks and CSV integration, and advanced reporting.
To prepare for this transition, you will not be able to access your credit card information starting Thursday night, September 16, until early Monday, September 20. While you can still use your card, electronic payments cannot be made during this time. Please plan accordingly.
When you login on September 20, you will be redirected to a new login page. Here, you’ll be able to access your account with your existing username and password. Or for your convenience, simply login to your online banking account at Bank First to access your card information from there. Please note: if you have the current credit card website saved separately in your bookmarks or favorites, make sure to update that to the new website.
