Melissa Pharis, Assistant Vice President - Branch Manager, joined Bank First in February 2016 and has quickly evolved into a key member of the bank’s retail banking team.  Melissa enjoys building new and enhancing banking relationships with the customers in the Kiel community.  Her knowledge and experience and her warm personality help her provide an exceptional level of service to her customers.  She likes to get to know her customers so she can help provide flexible, customizable solutions that are value driven.

Active in the community, Melissa is a member of the Kiel Area Association of Commerce and assists in organizing the Kiel parade. Melissa earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting from Lakeland College. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, camping, and spending time with family and friends.
